The Peace Pledge Union in the UK supplies them. I've ordered a few for myself and friends. http://www.ppu.org.uk/whitepoppy/index.html They could be sold as a fundraiser and/or distributed at venues like the Hope Festival or marches with Vets for Peace. They stand as a symbol of respectful remembrance of all wars' victims, civilian or military, and of hope for a peaceful future.
