The Maine Campaign to Impeach
The Maine Campaign to Impeach has almost reached it’s goal of collecting 10,000 signatures on the petition asking our legislatures, State and Federal, to start impeachment investigations. We need your help to get us over the hump on time to make something happen before the end of this session. If you go to www.MaineImpeach.org and scroll down to the bottom of the first page, you will see the current total of signatures collected.
In Maine, National Impeachment Day is “Dump Bush And Cheney” Day! Here’s how you and your friends can participate and help us reach our goal of 10,000 signatures for the Petition to Impeach:
On April 28th:
1) – Go to your local transfer station with a sign that says “DUMP BUSH AND CHENEY”
– Bring petitions and get them signed as people come in and out with their trash ( You can print them from the website www.MaineImpeach.org
– You can print petitions right from the website: go to “Sign the Petition” and scroll to the bottom of the page for a printable version)
– print out the Guidelines to take with you
– Send the petitions to the address on the bottom

2) Call or email at least 3 people you know and ask them to sign the petition online.
